Treehouse wedding

I have been really busy lately at work and so my blogging has taken a backseat.. but I found photos of this amazing treehouse wedding, by Seattle based photographer Ben Blood I have a bit of an obsession with treehouses, they're so fun! What an amazing place to have a wedding! The photos are awesomely beautiful as well..

Velvet wedding

A couple of my friends run a beautiful boutique in Brighton called Velvet, they have the bestest most girliest things and they've now started a range of wedding products, from tea lights to bunting and loads more! Gocco printing

As I am a graphic designer I felt it fitting to design my own wedding invites, and when I was doing some research I discovered the world of gocco printing! It is a japanese machine that's a cross between screen printing and ink stamping, and it's small and portable! You can get so many amazing coloured inks, metallics, and sparkly ones! It's so much fun, I need to dig out my gocco again and have a go on it! Here are some amazingly awesome gocco prints that people have done - they are lovely!

Woodland Wedding

I LOVE this wedding, it's so beautiful and the photos are absolutely gorgeous, I love the vintage look. It looks like such a personal wedding, with such amazing little details. I love the lights and the rustic huts in the woodland! I love how this wedding looks so amazing, despite the rain! In fact the rain kind of adds to it I think - it always rains when you go camping in the woods eh? (well it does in England anyway!!) and the photos by One Love Photo capture it all perfectly.

I saw this wedding featured on the Once Wed blog, and I fell in love with it! It looks so fun! If I could get married again I would love a wedding like this. I love the kissing booth!

the best cupcakes ever made!

I am so excited about this post that I couldn't wait til the morning, and so am posting now, at 1am! Check out these muppets cupcakes I saw posted on Candy Snaps blog. The cakes are made by Cupcake Occasions and they are the best thing i have ever seen, EVER. i am the biggest muppets fan, not to mention a big cupcake fan (of course!). The Muppets Take Manhattan is the best film in the entire world. I almost want to get married again, just so I can have these cakes!

Toothpaste Kisses!

We had this song, Toothpaste Kisses, by the Maccabees, as our first dance at our wedding, and we were meant to have the video projected onto a screen while we did our dance (hoping that people would look at that rather than us!) anyway the video projector didn't work in the end, but the song and the video is amazingly beautiful and perfect I just wanted to share it. It tells the story of a couple, with photos from their life together and it's so sweet it makes me cry!
